MASTERING HAIR LOSS PREVENTION: SIX DAILY HABITS UNVEILED

Here’s my list of the top six things you can do on a daily basis to help prevent hair loss. Hi, my name is William Gaunitz. I am a fellow with the World Trichology Society, and I’ve been helping people regrow hair for over 21 years. This includes assisting celebrities, professional athletes, and tens of thousands of men and women from around the world. Throughout this time, I’ve observed individuals trying various methods to prevent hair loss, from hanging inverted daily to microneedling their scalp or even abstaining from washing their hair for extended periods. However, these methods are not recommended.

Realistically, there are six things I believe would be most beneficial in preventing hair loss. Acting proactively to prevent hair loss helps in maintaining the fullest and thickest head of hair because regrowing hair to its original density can be challenging. I’ll also provide a bonus at the end of this video to show you how to monitor your shedding on a daily basis proactively.
